Think I can turn 35's?

So my truck is at the shop right now getting SASed and I am looking at moving up to 35's from my 33's. So I had 4.88's installed awhile back to turn the 33's. I ran about 65 down the interstate at 3,000rpm, which I always thought was kinda high. So you think my 300k V6 will turn 35's?

yea, and buy your speedo the rpms will be lower at 65.

I'm doin it, 4.30 gears, 3.0 w/ 290K and 35's. I can get 'er up to 75 at times but sucks on the hills. Goin' 5.29s in the next week or two.

Yep, you will be fine, I used to run 35's on the road with 4.10 gears and a high mileage 22re and cruised at 65 no problem. I now have 37's but haven't been up that fast yet since the 4 Runner is trail only now.
