Things to do in Hot Springs.

In case you need to leave superlift and do something other than wheel, here are a few suggestions. I visit Hot Springs about six weeks a year since in-laws have a place on Lake Hamilton. These are in no particular order.

FOR KIDS.

1. Maxwell Blade magic show in downtown Hot Springs.http://www.maxwellblade.com/

2. Mid America Science Museum. Has tesla coil electrical thing that is cool. Mid America Science Museum

Do Not go to the Aquarium on Central Avenue. It is horrible.

BARS

1. Maxines. Live Music almost every night. More of a young hangout.Maxine's (Maxine's Music Venue) | MySpace

2. The Long Shot Saloon 2720 Central Avenue Across from racetrack.

3. The Big Chill. Live music venue.

4. The Arlington Hotel Lobby Bar. It is the center of downtown on Central. Cant miss it.

Angels in the Park. Downtown hot springs.

Grand Pa's Catfish on airport road. Very good.

Back Porch. On central avenue. Can sit on deck over looking Lake Hamilton.

Doe's on central avenue on the lake with Outdoor seating.

See you guys saturday. I will be in the hundy with the effed up passenger door. I am flying and driving all night to get there. I will be in Orange County CA at 8pm Friday night and at the Crawl by no later than 10 am Saturday for registering. CANT WAIT.
