It’s about time Toyota stepped up.

It looks promising. However, the following gives me pause:

Drive modes include Normal, Sport, Eco, Range, and Rear Comfort, the latter of which works to keep those in the rear from getting carsick.

Me: “rear comfort?”🤨
Gives you pause??

Designed to disturb passengers as little as possible when used as a limo.

What would otherwise make people nauseous riding in the back? Have they otherwise NOT experienced vehicular travel before?

What makes this awd system programming such that it needs this mode to neuter or change driving dynamics such that people in the back won’t puke?

There are a decent number of people that get carsick sitting in the backseat of any car. So perhaps they’ve come up with some tech to mitigate that?

It may make the suspension damped in a way to give that magic carpet ride. I would expect this will be heavily used in Asia as a limo.
