Seems like I see more and more of 100 owners switching to 200 since the price gap is narrowing. I recently made the switch myself. Still getting used to it but find myself still missing my 100.

Me. Too.

I made the switch for a couple reasons. My 100 was really, really rusty, and I was loathing sinking money into it when it's only a matter of time before it won't pass inspection. I'm also living out of a camper all summer and it was having difficulty pulling the one I bought.

Plan on buying another 100 in a couple years for my 12 yo daughter, who still has not forgiven me for selling "hers."

I hear you all! My Blue is the first car my 13yr old daughter drove and has already told me she would be very upset if I ever sold it

I was finally able to get the tire size, they are 285/75/16. I also don't have any rubbing under flex.

Man if you're not rubbing, I'd be tempted to keep it stock. Just went to drop my kid off at the airport here (HNL) and was BARELY able to get under the parking garage height limit on an OME lift and 33s. The factory crossbars tapped the hanging limit sign, and while I was driving I could put my hand out of the sunroof and touch the cross beams.

And, I'm sorry but I'm gonna bring it up again- 33s and no lift just looks like it was meant to be. I wonder if Toyota had tried shodding the Grand Cruiser with 33s in the 90s and someone on the design team did whatever they could to make sure they'd fit stock.

my suspension is sagged a fair amount, I don't plan on going crazy high but I'd like to be in the ballpark of 2inches. I have plans to go on some harder trails someday haha!

Ohhhhh boy. I have STRONGLY been considering a pre-face lift LX570 the past few weeks so this is not what I wanted to see today lol.

My main complaints with the 100:
- Poor ride quality
- Lack of creature comforts (to be fair it is a 23 year old Toyota)
- 4 speed transmission

I would probably have been happier if I had a 2003+ 100 but those were much more expensive at the time and with my budget...

It would definitely be very hard to part with my 100, but I could absolutely NOT justify keeping it if I got a 200.
