I have a copy of the 4WD/SUV Parts Guide published annually here in Japan.

It's got 1100 pages (mostly color) of 4x4/SUV parts/accessories of any kind that you can think of.

I'll try attaching pics to give you some ideas of what it's like. They cover most Japanese 4x4's, as well as few imports.

I'd like to get $33 for the catalogue. Shipping rates are $29 (boat, 3 weeks) or $54 (air, 3-5 days). I know it's hefty, because it weighs 2.7kgs (5.5lbs).

Anyway... I know most of you can't read Japanese, but you don't need to be able to read much since they are fun to look at.

Because of its cost I doubt there would be too many that would be interested, but if there's more than one person interested I might be able to pick up more before they run out at local bookstores.

Enough Engrish to let you figure out a few things.

All the parts have pictures and prices with some(many) categories/vehicle varieties written in English.

I think it would be interesting for anyone who is into wheeling, hard core or for bling only.

I believe it's the catalogue, except in digital format with some possibly nifty features. But let me check it out and get back to you on that.

The CD-ROM that comes with the catalogue lets you:

do a search on/for parts/accessories with specific vehicles.

do a search from/in misc. parts that are not categorized specifically.

do parts search from the manufacturers and shops.

access the manufactures'/shops' web pages right away.

The database is based on the hard copy of the catalogue. Not 100% sure if it would work with the English MS Windows (think it should).
