I was having an annoying hesitation problem with my 60 since I had the OEM fuel tank recall done. Thanks to @murf and team for diagnosing a bad carb, having it rebuilt, and getting my 60 back on the road. Thanks Murf!

Where did you have the gas tank recall taken care of at?? I brought my 62 to a Tucson dealer and they said they wouldn't do it unless I paid to have to tested and then they we're just going to reimburse me.

Thanks lcgeek! Your 1982 60 is very clean > I dont see many 60's left with only 90K miles on them!

The 62 tanks are discontinued unfortunately but 60 tanks can still be had. Weird I know, but think it has to do with numbers...many more 60s were build so parts more available. On the 60 board I read about a dealer offering to buy back the entire 62 because they could not do the tank replacement.
