This isn't really specifit to 80's in general but since I have one I posted it here.

I just wanted to publically thanks Cruiserdan for his professional service and advice with some small parts and bulbs for my cruiser. The order arrived today packaged great and complete.

I can finish up my exaust on Wednesday and do my dash on Thursday.

Thanks again,

B.

I wanted to thank CDAN too for some 02 sensors at a great price. Cool guy on the phone too. "Speed cost money - how fast you wanna go? " LOL

After a recent tune up, new exhaust and 02 sensors, my 80 is running so smooth I can hardly believe it's the same truck!

I new Dan was pretty cool when he let me call him on a Sunday night, as he crawled around under his truck on a cell phone as I crawled around under my truck talking to him.

By the way... is he on vacation? His PM's are turned off. I dont' think Dan should be allowed to go on vacation. :crybaby:

I think you can still order from American Toyota. I think they will give you the same discount.

Yeah... but I don't call Dan for the discount. I call him for his expertise.

As long as we are praising Dan I want to throw in my 2 cents. I called him on Monday morning while he was packing to go to Moab and left him a message. He called me back, took my order and it arrived today. He went out of his way while he was busy and took care of me. You are awsome Dan, thanks!

Can't say enough..........Dan stood in line at the post office over Christmas to post my parts to Canada (UPS brokers are gougers here in Canada) saved me 40 bucks.

I felt like driving to N.M. to take him a case o beer.

KUDOS to DAN....

His advise and expertise surpass that of any person I have seen with class and credibility and you have a combination of a person running for the United States presidency! :whoops: Almost he truly is ossom guy with great advise. Hurrry back dan :flipoff2:

Dan has saved my bacon on more than one occasion. He also is the master at putting Lock-Rites back together in Moab! (Right LT?)

Although I have never bought any parts from cdan he did answer a few questions I had a while back in a timely and professional manner....

Here’s an Idea!!!.... If everyone’s game lets set up a little account were we can donate some $$ to and when a special occasion comes around like his birthday we can use those funds to buy him something for his rig.... it could be what ever he needs.... new tires, a cooler, winch.... I don’t know what he has on his own rig so far but what ever he might need... I personally think its the least we could do, I’ve been a member of many forums and in this one Cdan single handedly helps as many people as he can and is on top of every single order we have put through.... and last time I checked Toyota doesn’t pay their techs on how much they sell so he does all this out of his kindness and dedication to our forum...

If someone wants to take up the task, I will be 1st in line to chip in and get things moving... and theres no need for anyone to break their banks... its up to each persons discretion to donate as much or as little as they deem adequate for the services he has rendered for us.....

What do you guys think?

count me in how do you collect the funds together? Paypal

We need someone who’s trust worthy enough and capable to put together an account... it can be set up through paypal... or any bank, (ie B of A, Wells Fargo ect ect..) all we would need is the acct # and we could transfer/wire money into it.
