OK Folks, I need some advice! I started the restoration on my 83 SR5. Well, it's time to paint! If you have seen the pics I posted of my truck you know I have one of the rare Toyota paint schemes. The colors are Cream and Terra cotta. I found the original Toyota paint codes, and the paint shop made up a sample for me to approve. The Terra Cotta just doesn't look right. I think! I'm just not sure! Is it just my eye? Am I just use to looking at 30 year old faded paint...The paint sample was quality paint. (PPG). Should I just go with what the Toyota color charts say??? HELP!!!
Tough picture to read in that light and PPG is very good paint..
