Template Error appears at top of page (1 Viewer)

Forum is working, but at the top of every page load, this message appears:


Template Errors: PAGE_CONTAINER

1. htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /scsiraid/vhosts/forum.ih8mud.com/httpdocs/internal_data/templates/S.11,L.1,PAGE_CONTAINER.php, line 12510

This is when I'm logged in on my crappy Android phone.
