Anything wrong with the new "bruiser" the Tamiya hi-lift? It has the three speed tranny.

It seems like a cool looking rc that you might be able to add things to later. For not a break the bank price.

i have had 2, do a simple body and bed lift with some spacers,

BEARINGS BEARINGS BEARINGS... all over,

take the spur/pinion gear cover and cut it in half Horizontilly at the opening for the slipper adjustment so you can access these parts for pinion change without having to drop the entire trans and split the frame.

build an anti wrap link off the front /rear end and you wont tweak leafs up as easily,

put stubby widener set on (junfac makes one i think thats red ano'd, best set out)

take out the stock battery holder and nestle the battery between frame rails above the drive line.

Make the center skid plate smaller so you dont get hung up as much

put taller 1.9's on the factory rims OR put 2.2's on but you have to have the body lift and wideners on to avoid rubbing
