Saturday I took the pig back to the shop in the Arad village
When we connected the new used part it didn't react at all, dead completely, connected the broken one we could hear the electrical motor working

So we opened the dead unit the motor was all rusted and corroded this was a disappointment for me they surely didn't check this part before shipping it to me ):

I had to improvise, the actuator consists of two parts, plastic gear and electrical motor, main had a broken gear, so I combined the gear from the faulty unit from Cruiser Parts and the motor from my broken unit

They sent you a "used up" part. Wow. That's terrible. You should get your money back. Refund for the part and shipping.
My advice for used parts is to get them from the classifieds here in Mud.
There are some guys that part out trucks and CAN be trusted.
Off the top of my head...

I've got used parts from these folks and I'm sure there are others.
On the other hand I've been burned twice by the online junk sellers.

Glad you got it working. It's always a huge letdown when you're waiting for parts and they arrive dead.
