All other gauges in the instrument cluster appear to be working correctly. Stopped working last night after driving through a substantial rain storm.

Thoughts on what it may be?

try this... pull your dash cluster... pretty easy the black plastic part that holds the dash light dimmer switch just pulls out... unclip the wire to the dimmer switch... set this part aside... you will see 2 large screws that will take either a 10mm socket or a Phillips screwdriver... loosen each one of these 2 full turns then tighten them until you hear a small click... you can not over tighten ...turn the screw at least 3 full turns... if you have ever had your dash out you are familar with this if not.. then these 2 screws pull the electrical connections together for the gauge cluster... after an in and out of the cluster I sometimes have to do this procedure a couple times to get good connections on everything... (usually my speedo)

Excellent, thanks! I'll try it today.

Thanks a million PonyTL. I ended up pulling the whole instrument cluster, and one of the harnesses that connect to the dash had worked it's way loose. Once I popped that back in, and cinched up the screws as you mentioned, it all started working again.
