Tacho needle bouncing when turn signals are on?

Hi,

I recently noticed that when I'm on a stop and I put on the Left/Right Turn Signal lights, my tachometer needle bounces up and down in synch with the flashing of the lights. But when I'm moving already, even if I turn on the signal lights, the needle is steady.

Anybody had this issue?
