INGREDIENTS
Chicken thighs or breasts(cut to size preference)1-2 lbs
5 TBSP Soy Sauce
11/2 TBSP vinegar (white)
1TBSP sugar (usually more )
1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup H20
2 Serrano pepper
5-6 garlic cloves diced
Bunch of green onions
1/2 cup of almonds chopped thrown in at the end
Corn starch (dust chicken pieces)

Prep chicken in normal manner...your choice on how large the pieces
Roll pieces in corn starch till coated well
Fry in a small amount of oil till browned/crispy
Mix Soy, sugar, vinegar, water and cayenne (you'll have to experiment with amounts of each )
*The mixture is better if there is a little more sugar (1-2 TBSP more)
Pour the mixture over chicken, and bring to a simmer until sauce thickens
add in green onions (chopped into 1" lengths) cook another minute or so
serve with rice.

Thanks, sounds good!
1 bit though: if you can get it, potato starch is closer to traditional.

That sounds good. Pretty much the same as General Tso's?
