@1sar39 thanks for posting this!

One other thought is that I remember the sway away bars having the biggest diameter compared to other aftermarket t bars. I think the order was something like this, smallest to largest:

Oem
Emu
Ironman
Sway away

I looked on Sway Away's site and could not find sway bars for the 100 series.

I meant "anti-roll bars". That's what I could not find. I read too quick and the "sway" and "bars" made me think the company offers anti-roll bars as well.

I do have AHC and have added these torsion bars to my future mods list. I really like the idea of reducing dive and pitching for highway use.

How much labor is involved in installation? IOW, how much would a competent mechanic charge (billable hours) for installation? Due to size / weight issues and not having a garage at the moment this is not something I would tackle as a DIY.

It was an easy swap for me. Fortunately they slid right out and didnt have to fight them. Took me a couple hours the first time. 2nd time (change indexing) took me less than an hour.

I'd find a buddy that has a garage you could use for a day. You might find that they're too stiff or soft and want to change the indexing. Could rack up some $$$ at a shop. That and good luck finding a shop that would be able to get AHC pressure dialed.

The TB's are still great! No complaints. Mileage is only a 209k now. I haven't adjusted them since installation. Thinking about SAW TB's? If you can still get them cheap, do it!

How about 2 years upgrade?

I recently pulled the AHC and installed Tough Dog. The system worked great for everything except higher speed off road runs. With all the extra weight on the truck, it felt like the ahc couldn't keep up, fade, and become a bit harsh.. When you have miles of washboard, ruts, and bumps, its fun to push it a bit, and the Tough Dog handles that extremely well.

I still think AHC is very capable and reliable, just on a lighter rig.
