SUV Sag - 2013 LX

Drove the office to lunch today. Had 6 adults in the car and it was really sagging in the back. Is this expected? I would think the suspension would be more substantial.

Hmm, I don't think so. I often have 7 (and sometimes 8) and no sag.

Did they eat a lot at lunch?

I've had 4 adults, 1 child and a 7000# trailer hitched up the the suspension worked flawlessly. No sag.
