Suspension worn out?

New to me FJ62 suspension feels pretty worn out. It almost feels like it's hitting the bump stops on the regular.

Can you tell by looking if they are worn out? They sure feel like it. But maybe it's the shocks instead.

Yeah, i'd say there's some saggage in the baggage.

That's what I figured. My 40 is definitely more curved, but it also has a 3" lift. Looks like I need to call Kurt.
