I’ve recently started hearing a grinding noise while steering at slow speeds (<10 MPH). I’m wondering if any of you have experienced this and what it could be. I found a video on YouTube that has the same issue in almost indentical situations. Any help would be appreciated!

if the sound you hear is similar to the sound in the video, it is either a dry/worn ball joint or one of the suspension bushings are squeaking when moving.

get the front end of the truck off the ground and try to move the wheel by hand. (pushing towards the center of the truck, not turning the wheel as if it was rolling) if there is play between the wheel and the upper control arm, the upper ball joint is worn and should be replaced. same for the lower, but the upper is usually the first to fail.
also look at the upper and lower control arm bushing mounts. if any hardware is loose or the bushings are starting to wear, they may squeak when the suspension is compressed, like when cornering.
