Hi everyone,

I have a potential buyer for some OEM shocks/coils from my 200. Mine is 2017, the buyer is 2010.

I checked part numbers and I am coming up with some different numbers. Anybody know if these parts will be cross-compatible? Only the UCAs had the same exact part numbers from one model year to the other.

2010 front shocks: 48510-69395 vs 2017: 48510-80824
2010 front coils: 48131-60D21/60C81 vs 2017: 48131-60D40/60D21
2010 rear shocks: 48530-69495 vs 2017: 48530-69695
2010 rear coils: 48231-60F31/60E21 vs 2017: 48231-60A20/60B11

Thanks for your help.

Did you ever found out?, I have the same dilemma.

I'd cross reference those parts across the two model years on a site like rockauto.com
If the same aftermarket shock/coil is used for both years, they should interchange. That doesn't mean that the factory parts are the same, but they should be interchangeable. It's not uncommon for P/N changes to happen over the years, even if the parts are basically interchangeable.

Thanks, thats great information!

Well, just to follow up; just installed a set of OEM front shocks (48510-60230) listed for 2016-2018 models into a 2008 200 Series; direct fit, same measurements all over; no issues encountered.

End of report.

Talking about this issue on another thread before I saw this.
Did you notice any change in the shock damping and ride with the newer version?

I just noticed that the ride became controlled and nice; the old ones were pretty worn... no issues at all, pretty happy with them.

I have a set of coils and shocks from my 2017 listed in the classifieds if anyone is interested. Only about 100 miles on them. Been in the garage since, waiting for a new home.
