surf 2lte very sluggish after rebuild (1 Viewer)

good day , after i rebuild the engine on my surf and auto box rebuilt it runs very slow it doesnt accelerate very sluggish wont run fast, even when you floored the pedal.. so i tried reading the dtc codes 1st 2flashes 2nd i got 8flashes 3rd 12flashes and 4th 13flashes are these the reason why so sluggish and accelerates poorly ? hope you can help thanks in advance
