I was searching through this forum, noticed several of you posting about where you purchased trailer parts. I live in the charlotte area and I get most of my parts for my trailer at Golden Gait Trailers. Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but---
I have found a local person who has 10 M101A1,2 trailers in storage. Some with hydraulic surge brakes, some with elec, and a couple with none. He's asking $1100 for any of them. I took a cursory look the other day in prep to buy and they all are in really good shape. All have top canvas and ribs. I think all have the fold down tailgate(no floaters here) Most of the build dates I saw were in the late 70s range. The one I'm looking at is a '77 Kasel. I didn't see any bad tires on any of them. The only rust I saw was on the lug nuts. Even the top canvas water bags are intact.. The location is near Alva/LaBelle Fla. I will be seeing him on Wed. and will ask for contact info to post, if anyone is interested.

After waiting a week with no reply from abc trailer parts I called a local place.

Wanted to add ShippersSupplies.com here. I work for them and we have a lot of tie down and tow straps that are great for this stuff.
Does this work for a M416 as well?
