I don't think it needs a supercharger. I feel the power is fine with a re-gear while running 35's.
I'm sure a "tuner" shop would find a way to get more out of your super charger but at what expense?

URD has a supercharger and chip that will give you more power than the TRD setup. IDK what options you have as far as programming goes with the TRD, since the programming for that is done by Toyota. That said Im sure someone has found a way.
The TRD SC gives you a good amount of extra power and torque and with the additional URD pulley it works great without any special programming. All that for less than 5K. If you want even more (not needed in my opinion) you can go with the URD kit but be prepared to spend 9k with all the goodies added.
