Stuffed peppers- crab/cream cheese mixture......

Bacon Bomb

.inside is ground pork, loaded with garlic, Hatch Green chile, onion, seasonings etc......

more bacon is always good.....

All rolled up to go into the smoker, ya can see the one next to it how the bacon is weaved..

i did a little bit better than kowboy...i cooked up a pot roast with garlic potatos, carrots and shrooms. that's right, i cooked, i ate, and i didn't die. but when i talked to ya friday butch, i said i expected a report as to how mouth watering it actually was. a lot of stuff looks good in the pictures

i have a cohort who's a bacon-aholic, so please use lots of adjectives
