more bacon is always good.....

All rolled up to go into the smoker, ya can see the one next to it how the bacon is weaved..

Might want to tweek my stuffed 'shrooms. Still going with a fresh batch of pico and shrimp tacos..

jalapeno's, gutted, rinsed, stuffed with 50/50 Crab meat - cream cheese, wrapped with bacon, dusted with rub.... 2 hrs in the smoker @250
