Suggestions On Replacement Lights

I recently acquired this 1993 VX HDJ81 5spd Manual. The Piia and bottom bracket lights don’t work and I pulled the wires and harnesses today. I want to replace with leds, but I want to keep the style true as possible in line with the front bumper, steps, tubes, and wheels. You know, JDM retro.
Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
