Last weekend, my radiator started to leak at the tank seam. Luckily I have an extra vehicle, so I removed all associated parts and this week I gathered all the parts needed. I did some searching on this site, and took note of all the tips. I installed a new Koyo radiator, thermostat, hoses, and belts. I must admit, this was alot more work than changing a BMW radiator, which I've done a ton of. Still, I love the satisfaction of doing the work myself, and thinking about all the money I saved in doing so. BTW, this site has some valuable info.:wrench::beer:

Congratulations! Feels good doesn't it?

I hope you did a complete cooling system flush before you refilled it. Don't forget about the rear heater core as well. Did you change the PHH while you were there?

Yes, I did a full flush. What are you supposed to do to the rear heater core? The PHH was changed 3 years ago by the PO, who had overheated and did a full cylinder head rebuild.

Nothing other than make sure it gets flushed. I don't remember the details, but I think I pulled the hoses off my heater valve and went in that way.
