Hi lads,

Have finally sorted out my plumbing for my aux tank, however i am stumped by all the lines running all over the tank (that i picked up off a bloke who had an old troopy)

Can anyone help me identify what-is-what on the below image? I cannot find a diagram anywhere. Hopefully someone recognizes what they're looking at!

Do you have the fuel solenoids switches as well? The 2 hoses cut off in the bottom left of the tank are the fuel supply and fuel return. They go to the appropriate in/outlets on the fuel switches. I cant tell which is which but if you pulled it out you could tell. Good time to clean the gauze in the fuel pick up.
I think that tank came from a HZJ75 ,so you wont need the fuel return for a HJ75. It can be plugged.
And I think that metal pipe with no hose plugs into the fuel filler tube along with the rubber hose close by
The rubber hose lets air out so you can fill the tank quickly
The other one vents from the evaporative system, which is those 2 black plastic things.

The wire is for the auxiliary fuel tank gauge.

Rosco, thanks heaps for your reply. I havnt done much work with tanks.

Unfortunately i dont have the fuel solenoids for the supply/return, i was going to just pump straight to the main tank using an inline fuel pump (i considered using the fuel pick up but figired it may be slow?)
