Trying to determine if the emergency brake has seized in the drum. I jacked up each rear wheel to free spin and each of them stops rotating after about 1/3 of a full rotation. It moves in drive without trouble, but reversing up my steep driveway gives it trouble like its struggling. I'm going to top off transmission fluid once I get home, but I am not sure if the wheels should rotate freely in the back? The vehicle is off (obviously) in park with the parking brake released. The bell housing seem to move freely but it could be seized within the drum.
