stupid locknut

Is there a 21st century equivalent to Toyota part # 90041-70229?

It's the JIS locknut that holds the turbo down in my BJ74.
I want to replace the corroded originals.

What about a high end nut and bolt shop. They have just about anything you could imagine if you have a sample or know the thread pitch and size?
