Stuffed pork tenderloin.

Looks disgusting but actualy pretty yummy. Sliced it lengthwise and packed with whole green chili and cheese (tie with string). Slow smoked/cooked on the grill with applewood.
The cheese want's to ooze out and create the awful (but tasty) looking topping.

Looks good! I love stuffed pork tenderloin, you can throw just about anything in there!
my favorites are either sliced apples, dried cranberries, and toasted chopped pecans; or corn bread stuffing, all rolled up in there.

I have yet to see anything that you have made that I did not want to climb into the screen and bring a knife and fork with me. Looks great!
