Stuck in Perpetual Knuckle Rebuild Cycle (1 Viewer)

I’ve always hammered on the studs/case (per the FSM which isn’t in front of me ATM). But I definitely am getting trunnion wear.

Is there a link to proper steering arm seating?

Only what's officially in the FSM. Otherwise, anectdotally, there are a couple threads here that address it. May have to search "steering arm" or "knuckle nuts" and plan on lots of reading.

I picked up on the deadblow on the steering arm from 'Mud and it has held well on mine for 160K+ miles.
