Strange Noise in Dash of '16 Sequoia (1 Viewer)

I'm not sure if this is any help, but we've driven a lot this month...probably 30 hours on the road in mostly hot weather. We heard the tiniest hint of the sound once. I am doing something different. I used to set the temp at 76 degrees in Auto. I now don't use auto, and keep the temp setting at 71. This suggests that the noise comes from a blender door that is cycling more when the higher temp is set. Try and see what you find.

Thanks, will give it a try. We're usually Auto at 72 set for all zones, I wonder if on "auto" the blend doors will actuate on their own.
