In 1995 I was working at DIA (new airport in Denver). The only truck that could get to some of the remote sites (used for aircraft control and landing) was my FJ40. At the time it still had the stock boat anchor mufflur. Well, I bashed and bounched my way thru mud, rocks and etc to get to these places so that I could wire and bring these sites up to contract specs. In the process, I ripped the muffler off. Ran this way [strait pipe - no cat] for about a year. Cruiser (Named "Heron III" [from the Greek translation] ran like crap and sounded like a tank; a ticket getter.
Get ur self a small, quite muffler and the Aisien carb will like mucho..

i like loud pipes on my v8s but specter sells a really nice combo of oem ex.and headers.it really makes for a nice sound.but honestly nomatter how much i bull****,i like my cruisers quiet good choice to leave it on
