storage box removal

I need to remove the storage box from beneath the driver's seat. The box is in great shape so I would like to take it out with a minimum amount of damage. Does anyone have any tips on doing this. My rig is a 65 FJ40.

Doesn't it bolt in - bolts inside to the floor? Otherwise you'll have to drill or destroy spotwelds.
