The duplicolor is really a pretty easy DIY solution. Took about 6 hours on my white truck and about 4 on my red one. Scrub them with dawn dish detergent and a good stiff bristle brush. Wash, wet sand with some 180, scrape off the oxidation, then another wash with dawn and a brush. I used a compressor to help speed the drying process, taped around the bead then painted. Make sure your first coat is very light, just a dusting really, then each successive coat can be a little heavier. Check them under sunlight after about 3 coats to make sure you didn't have any misses. They will look great.
 
I was recently asked to post some pics to show how my Duplicolor painted wheels have held up. It is hard to believe I painted these 4 years ago. Here ya go. The paint has held up quite well; I am surprised.
