Here are the measurements for my stock '96
I've since installed 4" lift springs, and took these measurements ahead of time to compare.
Center Hub to Flare
LF 20.125" RF 19.875"
LR 19.5" RR 19.875
Pinion Angle when measured across the pinion flange
Front 83 degrees |\
Rear 90 degrees ||
Driveshaft Angle (measured across the bottom)
Front 1 degree - slope up to t-case
Rear 5 degree - slope up to t-case
Driveshaft length (center of u-joints)
Front 28"
Rear 34.5625"
Bottom of radius arm mounting plate on axle ( this and the pinion angle will be the baseline for correcting the caster)
6.5 degrees slopes up to front.
I used an angle meter similar to this to do all the measurements. Magnetic base.
