When it's over 100, all my cooking is done on the porch. Harrow disk is made for stir fry.

Must have had a pretty messed up dish if you had to take a grinder to it! Hope you seasoned that thing really good when you got done!

Woks are the ultimate manly cooking devise. No instructions needed. Take what you got, toss it in, cook it up and call it good. Enjoy.:hillbilly::):beer:

What Rob said, I have several (future project) deep discs that should help keep most of the fud on the cooking surface and not the waiting dog.:hillbilly:

What are you all using for the sauce?
I have a couple of methods of saucing;
  • Make a corn starch/broth slurry and thicken
  • Add a couple of glugs of bottled oyster / hosin/ duck sauce depending on the other ingredients.
  • Au natural.

We are always experimenting. The local asian market blows my mind when it comes to options. The daughter and I usually pull out several bottles (finger sample) and come up with a consensus what works together, staples are usually some pineapple juice and one or two of crushed tepins simmered in. Most sauces I've made imo, less is better, it doesn't overpower all that other good stuff.
