I have a 1990 Toyota 2wd pickup with about 160k miles. The power steering pump pressure hose started leaking so I replaced it and refilled the pump with ATF. The steering now feels too light with a sloppy on center feel. I checked all the usual reasons i.e. bolts on the gear box, bolts on the steering shaft, wheel bearings, ball joints, tires, and alignment all seem to be ok. What would cause the light feel? I did not see any way to bleed the pump. Is there an adjustment on the steering gear box for this model? All I can see is an adjustment screw for an electrical switch on the gear box?
