Wanted Steering wheel shaft cover/Stock Size Tires

Hi, looking for the black 2-piece steering wheel column cover that fits right behind the steering wheel on an 80 series. I have mine, but the plastic towers are broke, so you can't tighten it down on the column. Also looking for stock size 275/70/16 tires in good shape. Thanks
