Steering wheel replacement

My horn on my 80 doesn't work and I assume it is the brass plunger that makes contact with the ring and grounds out when the horn is pressed.

Does anyone know if a steering wheel from a newer model Toyota will fit in the 80?

I have an extra gray one out of a ‘92 in decent shape and horn works if you decide to stay with OEM.

Has done wear on the edges. Horn and working parts work fine. I just went with a retro wooden version. $75 plus shipping.

I will let you know. My wheel doesn't have the issues yours does but it will be nice having horn again.
