I was out doing some pretty intense wheelin and I got in a spot where it took all of my strength to get the wheels to turn because I was bound up on some rocks. After I got through it, my steering was pretty weird. It would turn left to the lock, but it would only go part way right. I just rebuilt my knuckles so I am sure that they are fine. My steering arms are not bent (allpro highsteer) as well as all of my other steering components look good. I adjusted my drag link out as far as I could safely go and that got my steering so it would turn right normally. What I am wondering is if something happened in my steering box. Could i have jumped a tooth in the box because of the extreme pressure I used to turn? My steering box seems ok, but I am not sure if it would do it again in another extreme situation.

Never seen or heard of damaging the steering box, but some slight damage to a birf could hang up enough to cause steering problems, even after unlocking hubs and going to 2WD.

A long shot but considering your description ...

After I adjusted the drag link I had full range of motion. It just seemed really weird. The pitman arm is tight so I know it didnt move. I kind of want to figure it out before going out again this weekend.

Twisted output shaft? Check the splines and see if they're still straight (may require removal of the pitman arm)
