I am looking for a 1970-71 steering gear box in working order.


Tate's gear box apparently locked up today. I have looked at it but he tells me it wont turn to the right.

I have a good box from a 81fj40. Let me know if this will work for you. Thx

An 81 gear box is entirely different than a 71/72 gear box. I've got a bunch of the early gear boxes, but since they have the steering shaft, shipping is not an option.

same here, got a 72, but it is hefty and still has the shaft on it (probably 3.5 feet long and 45-55 lbs...) if you want it bad enough, i'll get it to you for just the cost of shipping (from 29715).

i doubt it is worth it, but if you can't find one closer...
