Anyone know what the stock 18 inch wheel weighs?

RW's are roughly 22.8 with the rings...... Forged makes a HUGE difference.... 10lbs of unsprung weight is noticable....plus then factor in larger rubber that could add another 10-15lbs...

Short of custom HRE's or Volks there are few forged choices..... the SCS 5's i had IIRC were 23lbs in a 16". as they're spun cast I believe.
