Stay away from ATEB

I have dealt with John and Phillip for many years and have always been very happy with their work, their service, and their attitude.
I would not hesitate to take my Cruiser in there for any work necessary. I would also recommend friends to get their work done there.
I am sorry that Axel had an unsatisfactory experience at ATEB, but that does not negate all the positive work they have done over the years.

Always take it up with the person you are having issues with FIRST.
If something won't budge then you can make it public.
I have personally heard ATEB own up to a few things and helped their customers out.
Graham for example, extremely frustrating what you went though but it shows ATEB cares about their reputation....
