It looks like Dobinsons is exactly what I'm looking for. However I can't find any information regarding does this kit "lift" the car or just keeps height close to stock?

You'll definitely want wider wheels to accommodate the 12" wide tires (stock are only 7.5) with a negative offset to clear the UCAs. There are a few companies who make 17x9" or 9.5" -10ish offset wheels specifically for six-lug Toyotas. You'll probably have to chop the cab mounts and do a significant amount of trimming around the wheel wells and fender flares because the increased stance and wide tire is going to cause the tires to rub on everything.

I've owned three solid axle Jeeps and two IFS Toyotas. Lifting and fitting large, wide tires on Jeeps is generally much more straight forward.
