I just thought I'd post up this place... I ordered rebuild parts for my quad starter from them and I'm very happy with the results. 35 bucks and got every single o-ring, bearing, bushing, new brushes and everything ready to go. I got them shipped in the USA and went and picked them up ... 8 bucks and 3 days later.
They say they can get parts for other stuff... I might see what they have for 3B starters...
