Start Vehicle without ABS Deceleration Sensor?

I'm waiting on my ABS deceleration sensor, and I'm curious if anyone knows if I'll cause myself any bigger problems starting the vehicle without the part. Would greatly appreciate any insight that'll help me avoid deploying the airbags!
