Spotted a nice beige 40 with a bike on top near Seabird Island on Hwy 1 today. Martin, was that you?

Also on Saturday I spotted what from a distance looked like an perfect piggy - orange and white - at UBC. Chased it to Wesbrook Mall where I went right and the piggy went left. Had a little rust visible on the bottom rear quarter. Still a very sweet looking rig. :)

Yup, it was. Thought those cops had you there for sure. I was holding a steady 60mph and you had just passed me in your Patrol. Well, everybody passes me, but still pretty sure you were all speeding :flipoff2:.

Gotta love those new florecent green vests they wear now. I was able to spot them and get down to 110 from about 135 - still in the RH lane though. The old TD4.2 seemed to want to run fast yesterday. She even did the slide hill at 90 in 4th without blowing smoke going up to Princeton in the morning. :hhmm: Must of got a real sweet batch of diesel at Husky when I filled up or maybe it just takes less power to turn those studded Nokians than the ATs. But ya, I think there was only one vehicle on the freeway yesterday doing 100 K. :flipoff2:

So in Langley I spotted a very sweet 40, off Logan St, East side of 200th in one of the parking lots for the larger companies there. Mint looking with a darker metallic blue paint job and a white roof. That looked very nice, granted I saw it only briefly, also there is a brown and a grey 60 I keep seeing in that area (by 198th and 56th), they're everywhere! On the way home today there was a white, lifted on 33s (I think) 80 with a snorkel. All this of course while I'm driving around in a POS GMC work truck.

There's a guy who lives a few blocks from me who I see on the highway commuting from Chilliwack to Abby driving a very original looking brown 40. I've never seen him going faster than about 95km/h, and I usually know I'm catching up before I see him because of the backlog of traffic, and a nice diesel smoke odour in the air ;)

Commuting in a 40. There's commitment!
