Brand new Stedi harness and relay, harness fuze aswell as LH and RH fuzes in the engine bay fuze box are good, aswell as the battery connections. Piggy back adapter is properly connected to the high beam headlight globe. No power at Deutsch plugs when I turn my high beams on (with spotlight cab switch on). Spotlights both work when independently hard wired to the battery (by-passing the harness) and all my headlights function normally.

Back story: Had my Stedi spotlights for 4 years then one day they stopped working, underneath the bonnet i found my harness had burned out where it plugs into the relay (pictured). Spoke to Stedi and they said it was because I had the harness hooked up to my second battery, and there was likely a voltage issue. Stedi sent me a new harness and I hooked it up to my starter battery. When I tried to turn my Spotlights on they still didn't work and that same spot where the harness plugs into the relay started to get really hot, so I turned the switch off before anything burned. Harness still appears to be in good condition after this as I caught it early. Now when I try to turn them on I get nothing, no heat in that spot and spotlights still don't work.

There is a little circuit board in that burned out area (pictured) underneath the heat shrink that negates the 80 series' negative switching so the spotties can function normally. I'm assuming this has burned out on my new harness when it got hot, hence why nothing is happening anymore. Before I go ruining a 3rd harness, I'd like to find and fix whatever issue the car has. I'm leaning towards it being an earth issue, however both headlight earth's bolted to the front inner gaurds are in good condition. Are there any other headlight related earth's I can check?

I am absolutely stumped, any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
