I would like to suggest an item for the next meeting agenda.
Spill kits.
I think we could buy the items to make some decent spill kits. I believe we have money in the bank to finance this. We could hand them out on the trail as the need arises or just as ice breakers to promote the club.
Thoughts and comments?

I think the bottle of stuff that biodegrades all petroleum product is pretty cool. Used it on one of the cleanups on the Rubicon in the fall. On one big spill of gear oil in the granite bowl I used some of it and I saw no trace of the spill the next year. And it looked like someone had lost all the oil in the diff. Magical.🐸🐬

A big heavy duty zip lock bag to put everything in before and after.

I second this notion.

Had I been more engaged in the forum I would have brought this up last night at the meeting. ;)

Great idea.........the stuff that biodegrades oil is microglaze.. Along with the pig mats, puppy training pads are similar and have a solid plastic back, work well to keep oil off the ground.. I seem to use them and kitty litter the most...
